Le Rouch was built in the 1820’s, and is positioned on a hill with far reaching views across the surrounding countryside. What was once a working farm is now the perfect place to unwind.

The kitchen is light, spacious and well-equipped, with a large farmhouse table, and wood burning stove. Two pairs of french doors lead out to a vine covered pergola with an antique marble cafe table surrounded by lavender.

A large living room is on the first floor and has windows on three sides. There’s a bookcase with a eclectic collection of books, magazines and CD’s, including children’s books and games. It’s a good place to escape from the heat of the day.

The main bedroom with king-size bed has a large ensuite bathroom with a claw-footed bath positioned to catch the evening sun. Upstairs in the ‘grenier’ are two bedrooms each with king-size beds which share the spacious wet room. In addition there’s an antique 3/4 sized sleigh bed on a mezzanine, and a travel cot should you need it.

The house is equipped with broadband.
